Today, the E-Props team, 58 employees, is celebrating its 300,000th propeller blade for paramotors, ultralights, and aircraft.
The blade being honored is a Glorieuse variable pitch propeller blade for Rotax 915iS / 916iS with a diameter of 210 cm / 82.7 inch.
Behind Jérémie Buiatti and Anne Lavrand, you can also see a propeller from the Ascalon range for direct drive engines, mounted on the Bilouis aircraft equipped with a Lycoming O-360 (180 hp).
This propeller is instrumented with the Elias Data Acquisition System, which measures, displays in real time, and records all the loads acting on the propeller. Flight tests are carried out by the company’s test pilot, Samy Dupland, and EASA certification work by engineer Himaé Guigne and her colleagues.

The complete Ascalon range will soon be available for Volkswagen, Jabiru, UL-Power, D-Motor, Continental, and Lycoming engines.
