E-Props airfield and industrial zone

At E-Props, we’re very lucky to be based on a large, quiet airfield in the heart of Provence, with a 3300 ft long grass runway and a 2300 ft concrete acceleration strip. In the middle of a large valley, with very few local residents, but only 15 minutes from a town with shops and restaurants.

E-Props owns the entire 172,000 ft² industrial zone. The factory has a building area of 77,500 ft².

Over the last few years, the E-Props team (53 engineers and technicians) has worked hard to develop an exceptional work tool : ultra-modern, energy-efficient buildings and production CNC machines. This ultra-modern factory building features a powerful ventilation system fully controlled to save energy, with high-efficiency heat exchanger, adiabatic air conditioning (rainwater) and thermal storage, to achieve a regulated temperature of 25°C in summer and 21°C in winter. The entire system was designed and manufactured by E-Props engineers.

Everything is now in place to continue to design, test and manufacture innovative, top-quality propellers. The plant will soon be EASA Part 21G certified for the production of certified propellers.
