RicoPilot visits E-Props at AERO Friedrichshafen 2026 [video]

At the end of April 2026, during the AERO Friedrichshafen show, we had the pleasure of welcoming French aviation YouTuber RicoPilot to the E-Props booth.

RicoPilot is well known in the French aviation community for his clear, accessible and enthusiastic videos about flying, aircraft and aviation technology. A professional pilot with more than 8,000 flight hours, he shares his experience with a large audience of pilots and aviation enthusiasts.

During his visit, we had the opportunity to discuss a subject that is often underestimated, yet absolutely essential to aircraft performance: the propeller.
In his video, “The secrets of airplane propellers”, RicoPilot takes a closer look at what makes a modern aircraft propeller efficient, light, strong and safe. The video gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the technical choices behind E-Props carbon-titanium propellers, and explains why propeller design is much more complex than it may appear at first sight.

For E-Props, this kind of exchange is especially valuable. Our work is based on engineering, testing and continuous improvement, but also on sharing knowledge with pilots, builders, aircraft manufacturers and the wider aviation community.

AERO Friedrichshafen remains one of the key meeting points for general aviation in Europe, bringing together manufacturers, pilots and aviation professionals from many different countries. In 2026, E-Props presented its latest propeller ranges for light aircraft, ultralights and general aviation, including DURANDAL, EXCALIBUR, GLORIEUSE and ASCALON.
