A l’occasion du Salon AERO 2014 à Friedrichshafen, l’équipe E-Props présente en avant-première une nouvelle hélice carbone pour moteurs Rotax 912S, iS et 914.
GLORIEUSE est une hélice 5-pales à pas variable en vol, très légère (4,7 kg).

Comme toutes les hélices E-Props, ce modèle à pas variable en vol permet d’obtenir des performances exceptionnelles, bien supérieures aux bipales et tripales existantes.
Cette hélice innovante a été développée grâce aux travaux réalisés depuis 5 ans par l’équipe E-Props dans le domaine des drones. L’objectif était de concevoir des pales spécifiques à haut rendement, afin de mettre en oeuvre une hélice à pas variable performante, simple, très légère et demandant le moins d’entretien possible.

GLORIEUSE : E-PROPS 5-blades in flight variable pitch propeller
At the AERO 2014 airshow in Friedrichshafen, the E-Props team presents its new carbon propeller for Rotax 912S, iS and 914.
GLORIEUSE is a 5-blades in flight variable pitch propeller, very light (4,7 kg).
As all the E-Props propellers, this in flight variable pitch model allows to obtain exceptional performances, well above the existing 2- and 3-blades.
This innovative propeller has been developed thanks to the works done by the team in the UAV domain. The objective was to design new specific and high performance blades, in order to implement an efficient, simple, very light variable pitch propeller, requiring low maintenance.
